Terms of payment
- New accounts must pay in full before dispatch.
- 30 days credit available to account holders. We reserve the right to add 2.5% per month on the outstanding balance after 30 days.
- Payment accepted by credit or debit card, cheque or BACs.
- All products remain the property of Molly Mae until paid in full.
Changes to products or pricing
- Molly Mae reserves the right to add to or remove products from the range or modify the specification of products without notice. We recommend that you sign up to the Molly Mae email news which will keep you up-to-date with any changes affecting current ranges and new products.
- Our prices are based on current market prices of materials and services. Molly Mae reserve the right to modify pricing as necessary without notice but will honour the price list at the date of order.
- Orders are subject to availability. Molly Mae will not be responsible if a product is unavailable. In the unlikely event that an order is made on an unavailable product, Molly Mae will offer an alternative or full refund.
Refusal of order
We reserve the right to refuse to process any order for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
